​Processing and Shipping: Please allow us 2-4 business days to process all orders. Orders will be shipped out or available for pickup Tuesday - Saturday. We do not run business on Sundays or Mondays. If you place an order on either of those days your order will not be processed until our next working day. We know life happens, so if you have an extreme need for extensions on a non-operating business day, please reach out to us at 443-223-1627 to see if we could do a squeeze in. This will add on a squeeze in fee of $25. Pick Up orders: I understand that things happen, but please be on time to pick up your order. You will receive a 10-minute grace period. After the grace period you will be charged a $15 late fee. Failure to show up within 20 minutes of your pickup time will result in automatic cancellation. You will need to reschedule and pay a $25 pick up date change fee Exchanges are permitted in the event of an error on our part. To initiate an exchange, please provide proof of purchase. Kindly contact our customer service at deluxehouseofbeauty@gmail.com. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your item. Please note that exchanged items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. Additionally, we will notify you once the exchanged item has been shipped, along with your tracking numb
